A consistent facilitator

Having a dedicated facilitator means they get to know your group on a deep level. The trust that is built really helps everyone lean in and get the most out of the program.

Small group coaching

Your cohort will be split into small groups of 4-5 and each group will have two virtual coaching sessions with your facilitator. One session will be to go over their EQ assessment results and the other will be in month five to crank up their confidence going into the last month of the program.

Will my leaders be trained in-person or online?

We can do either! We’ll figure out what is best based on your team, location, and needs.

You can add up to 25 people in a cohort. We’ve also run these programs for smaller groups as well.

You could put anyone from your organization in your cohort. However, this program is perfect for anyone who leads a team (your leaders, executives, managers, and supervisors).

You’ll have a dedicated facilitator from our program team. They will get to know your group on a deep level. The trust that is built really helps everyone lean in and get the most out of the program.

Absolutely! You can put up to 25 leaders in each cohort.

So, let’s say you have 40 leaders you want to go through our program. You can split them into two cohorts however you wish.

Examples:

  • You could have 25 in one group and 15 in a second group.
  • You could split them evenly, 20 in each group.

Your cohorts can start the same month and meet on the same day if you wish. One cohort could meet in the morning and one could meet in the afternoon.
